Start your year off right! Get ready to sweat and refresh at Inner Strength Yoga Studio in Sudbury. Come join us for an hour yoga class followed by a delicious brunch at 29 Sudbury. In the new year its time to think less and feel more!

*Inner Strength Studios offers a 60-minute yoga class for all levels of students, from raw beginner to experienced practitioner. Classes are heated in the 90 degree range to create a physically challenging, emotionally cleansing, spiritually uplifting experience. Towels are provided. Afterwards, please join us at 29 Sudbury Restaurant for brunch. 29 Sudbury is a modern restaurant featuring Italian influenced, scratch-made American cuisine and craft cocktails.

Yoga class starts at 11:45 am; please arrive at 11:30. 
Brunch starts at 12:45 pm. 

At this event, we will have a collection for items for our highlighted charity of the month, Dignity Matters. Please consider bringing a donation of new/gently used bras, new with tags underpants, new boxes of feminine hygiene products (tampons/sanitary napkins), or new menstrual cups.
