Because giving back to others is so much fun... Join us for some coloring fun! Color a Smile is a nonprofit organization, where volunteers of all ages can create cheerful crayon drawings. Your beautiful creation will be distributed to senior citizens, our troops overseas and anyone in need of a smile. The WCPA will package all of your creations and send them to Color a Smile to be distributed all over the world!
