The road to and through parenthood is one of radical reinvention. How we manage the constant changes of parenthood depends on our ability to develop strategies for work-life integration. This workshop will open the conversation on how parenthood impacts us in work and life. Participants will leave with skills and strategies to manage the practical and emotional aspects of parenthood and work-life conflict.

In this 90 minute session you will:

  • Learn to embrace the constant transitions that parenting brings
  • Understand the costs of work/life conflict
  • Dispel common myths about the “ideal work/life balance.”
  • Learn about best practices for “work/life boundaries” and how to apply them
  • Develop boundary management strategies
  • Benefit from sharing your experiences with others in a non-judgmental environment
