Please join us for our New Mom’s Coffee Social at Joint Ventures on March 28th from 11am-12:30pm. Meet new friends, sip on coffee, and learn about all that Joint Ventures has to offer! Fellow mom and women's pelvic health therapist, Brooke Reilly, will discuss common pelvic floor challenges experienced in the childbearing years as well as strategies for rehabilitating the pelvic floor. There will be a brief talk and plenty of time for Q & A, so bring your questions! Babies 0-12 months, moms, and moms-to-be are welcome. Refreshments will be provided!
