Everyone seems to be talking about mindfulness these days but what does mindfulness really mean? And almost more importantly, how are busy parents supposed to find the time to incorporate it into our lives? Join local Wayland resident Beth Rodgers-Kay for a brief introduction to Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, an evidence based program shown to decrease stress and improve physical and emotional well-being. After the intro, try out a short 10 minute guided meditation.
