Join us for a fun, nurturing monthly gathering for caregivers and little ones!
Each session features a kid-friendly activity — yoga, dance, movement, games, or gentle stretches — designed to help you bond, move your body, and recharge mentally.
We’re kicking off with a special yoga class with Meghan Damm, our very own board member and experienced instructor. Meghan currently teaches yoga at Longfellow (she’s known for her fun teaching style for both adults and kids). In her class, you’ll be guided through accessible poses you can share with your child, breathing practices, and playful movement sequences that suit all ages.
No special gear required — just bring yourselves, a yoga mat (if you have one), and a curious spirit.
Registration is required, but there’s no cost to attend. Spaces are limited, so reserve your spot early!
