   Where my moms at? Join the ladies of the WCPA for an intimate Galentine’s Day dinner on Friday, February 7th at 7:30pm. Celebrity Chef Kev D will take us through a gourmet four-course Thai-inspired meal, complete with a signature cocktail to kick things off and wine pairings if you’re really looking to Thai one on.

  You may have seen Chef Kev D on the Food Network (Chef Wanted, Great Food Truck Race, and Beat Bobby Flay) or at one of your favorite Boston restaurants, but on February 7th we will join him in the kitchen while he demonstrates cooking techniques and serves up dishes like ginger-seared scallops with rainbow chard and yuzu reduction. Yum! Life’s a b*tch and then you Thai, so what are you waiting for?

• Wayland Dads Drop-In Play

  Started in 2014 with the help of the WCPA, the Wayland Dads Saturday morning Dad and Kids Drop-ins are a popular options for dads to grab their young kids kids and come play in the Loker gym.
  

  We open up the gym, lay out the mats, empty out the "ball" room and let the kids play. Dads have fresh coffee, bagels, munchkins, a toaster oven and good conversation. Run by a group of volunteer Dads, we are always looking for Dads to help us open and close the the gym.

  Bring the kids for a fun morning of PJ story time, Valentine's crafts and giving back! Bring a new pair of PJs (for kids newborn through age 18) or new story book to donate to Pajama Program. If you cannot make it, the Wayland library will have a bin near the Raytheon room all February for pajama and book donations.
